21st Sentry Corp. Changes its Name to Bullzi Security Inc.

Lake Mary, Florida, December 28, 2006

21st Sentry Corp. has changed its name to Bullzi Security Inc. According to Thomas Welch, founder and CEO of Bullzi Security, Inc., "This name change was necessitated in order to avoid confusion with the real estate company, Century 21.”

21st Sentry Corp. also filed this name change with the NASDAQ and has requested a new trading symbol. According to Welch, “Our marketing and communications team has spent the past few months developing a new brand and marketing plan. We are scheduled to commence with our roll-out by January 15, 2007”.
