WISE Learning Solutions, Inc. Changes its Name to 21st Sentry Corp. and Forms Two New Subsidiaries

St. James, New York, April 28, 2006

WISE Learning Solutions, Inc. has changed its name to 21st Sentry Corp. in a move to better reflect the full suite of security services that the company plans to provide. As part of this name change, 21st Sentry Corp. formed two new, subsidiary firms, WISE Learning Solutions LLC and Secure Enterprise Solutions LLC.

WISE Learning Solutions LLC (WISE) will support all of the education and eLearning services of the company, which continues to be expanded through the WISE Reseller Program. WISE currently offers Security and Privacy training programs to, both, corporate and government clients on a world-wide basis. The WISE flagship product, Information Security Awareness Training, is currently offered in five languages: English, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, French and Japanese. Serbian and Chinese will be offered at the end of 2Q06.

Secure Enterprise Solutions LLC (SES) will support all information security consulting services for the company. These types of services are in great demand because of specific industry regulation, such as HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley, GLBA, NERC, SB-1366, etc. SES helps to protect its client information assets from loss, by implementing the necessary security safeguards, processes and programs. SES’ senior analysts hold highly sought after certifications, such as the CISSP, CPP, CISA, CISM, CHS-III and CFI.
