21st Sentry Corp. Acquires All of the Issued and Outstanding Stock of Welch and Welch Investigations, Inc.

St. James, New York, April 28, 2006

21st Sentry Corp. has acquired all of the issued and outstanding stock of Welch and Welch Investigations, Inc., an licensed investigation firm owned and operated by 21st Sentry’s founder, Thomas Welch, as part of an Agreement and Plan of Reorganization. This is the first of a series of acquisitions that adds to the portfolio of security services offered by 21st Sentry Corp.

Welch and Welch Investigations, Inc. has been providing investigative services in New York, New Jersey and Florida since 198. They are specialist in high-tech crime investigations and computer forensics. Welch and Welch Investigations also maintains a 24-hour Computer Incident Response Team with rapid response capabilities that include investigations, computer forensics and electronic data recovery. In addition, the company’s Florida division provides case analysis support to legal teams on a variety of criminal and civil matters.

Mr. Thomas Welch is a highly regarded leader in the high-tech crime investigation field and, as such, is keenly aware that the investigative field has changed drastically over the years. According to Welch, who is the founder of both firms, “most civil and criminal cases require some means of technical support. With all of our business and personal information stored in electronic format, computer forensics and electronic data discovery are now at the heart of many court cases.”

Welch went on to say, that the “Welch and Welch Investigations acquisition is the first in a series of acquisitions by 21st Sentry Corp.
